ADMINISTRATIVE LIAISON (PART TIME, 15-20 HOURS PER WEEK)

 

Position Summary

The Administrative Liaison, under the direction of the SVP of Clinical, Regulatory & Med Affairs, will help support and execute ORSIF’s Board needs. Additionally s/he will manage all ORSIF special projects as needed.

Primary Responsibilities

  • This key contributor will manage all Board Relations and Events
  • Performing of activities such as scheduling dates, locations and logistics of board meetings
  • Coordinate and prepare related documentation and communication to key leaders
  • Serve as a representative of the organization to external partners
  • Develop and execute annual plan to include marketing and other initiatives

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelors degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years of Marketing or Operations experience
  • Background in Clinical , Medical Bio-Tech or Med Device
  • Non profit experience is a plus but not required
  • Knowledge of process implementation, timelines, execution, and best practices
  • Strong time-management skills balanced with a keen attention-to-detail
  • Self-starter with strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent oral and written interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office required
